Perris home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Perris rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Perris in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Perris for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,155, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
