Canyon Lake home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Canyon Lake rose by $28,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 24 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $406,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $377,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Canyon Lake in March 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Canyon Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,562, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
