Anza home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Anza rose by $31,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 59.6% increase over the $53,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Anza in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Anza for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,488, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
