Winchester home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Winchester rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $374,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Winchester in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Winchester for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,805, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
