Wildomar home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Wildomar rose by $36,000 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $344,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Wildomar in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,333, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
