Perris home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Perris rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $303,500 - a 14.5% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 100 homes sold in Perris in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Perris for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,155, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
