Lakeview home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Lakeview fell by $119,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,000 - a 36.6% decrease over the $326,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lakeview in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Lakeview for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,399, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
