Wildomar home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Wildomar rose by $29,000 while total sales increased by 40.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Wildomar in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Wildomar for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,333, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
