Canyon Lake home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Canyon Lake rose by $52,546 while total sales decreased by 35.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $422,454 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Canyon Lake in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Canyon Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,562, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
