Lakeland Village home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Lakeland Village fell by $31,773 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 10.3% decrease over the $308,773 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lakeland Village in the third quarter of 2018.
