On Friday, March 28, former Lakeside High School standout Sidney Griffith’s current college team, the Toledo Rockets, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Akron Zips.
The game took place at Scott Park Baseball Softball. This was their first matchup against the Zips this season.
The Rockets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Scott Park Baseball Softball against Akron Zips.
A Christmas party and toy drive will be held on December 11, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at MilVet, located at 33040 Antelope Road, Suite 114 in Murrieta.
