On Saturday, March 29, former Vista Murrieta High School standout Luke Matthews’ current college team, the Kent State Golden Flashes, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Toledo Rockets.

The game took place at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Rockets this season.

The Golden Flashes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 2 p.m. at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium against Toledo Rockets.
