Former West Valley High School standout Quentin Pohorski pitched for the San Francisco Dons as they fell 2-1 to the California Baptist Lancers in their NCAA Division I baseball game on Sunday, March 1, at 11 a.m.
The contest, held at Benedetti Diamond, marked the teams’ fourth meeting of the season. The Dons defeated the Lancers 3-2 a day earlier on Saturday, Feb. 28.
Pohorski completed three innings on the mound, allowing two walks and striking out three.
San Francisco is set to play again on Friday, March 6, at 2 p.m., hosting UMass Lowell Riverhawks at Benedetti Diamond.
