At 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, Penelope Foote, a former Vista Murrieta High School standout, saw her current college team, the Henderson State Reddies, drop a 4-2 decision to the Union Bulldogs in NCAA Division II softball.
Dee White Field hosted the game, marking the first contest between these teams this season.
Foote went 1-for-3 at the plate.
The Reddies are set to face the Union Bulldogs again at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, at Dee White Field.
