On Thursday, April 17, former Great Oak High School standout Christian Smith’s current college team, the Abilene Christian Wildcats, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UT Arlington Mavericks.

The game took place at Clay Gould Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 2 p.m. at Clay Gould Ballpark against UT Arlington Mavericks.
