On Saturday, May 10, former Chaparral High School standout Makenzie Guiliano’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, won 16-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the San Francisco State Gators.

The game took place at SFSU Softball Field. This was their ninth matchup against the Gators this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 15 at 12 p.m. at CSUSM Softball Field against Western Washington Vikings.
