On Saturday, April 5, former Chaparral High School standout Makenzie Guiliano’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Chico State Wildcats.

The game took place at CSUSM Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at CSUSM Softball Field against Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
