On Friday, May 9, former Chaparral High School standout Makenzie Guiliano’s current collegiate team the Cal State San Marcos Cougars won 9-13 against the San Francisco State Gators in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at SFSU Softball Field at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the San Francisco State Gators in the tournament.

The Cal State San Marcos Cougars’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 4 p.m. at SFSU Softball Field.
