On Friday, April 4, former Lakeside High School standout Sidney Griffith’s current college team, the Toledo Rockets, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Michigan State Spartans.

The game took place at Secchia Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Rockets’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 1:05 p.m. at Scott Park Baseball Softball against Central Michigan Chippewas.
