On Friday, Feb. 28, former Temescal Canyon High School standout Julisa Gomez’s current college team, the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros, lost 9-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State East Bay Pioneers.

The game took place at Toro Diamond. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Toros’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at Toro Diamond against Cal State East Bay Pioneers.
