On Saturday, March 1, former Vista Murrieta High School standouts Jake Ledford and Wesley Bragg’s current college team, the La Verne Leopards, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Whittier Poets.

The game took place at Ben Hines Field. This was their second matchup against the Poets this season.

The Leopards’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3 p.m. at Ben Hines Field against Whittier Poets.
