On Friday, March 13, the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks, featuring former Rancho Christian High School standout Jaden Byers, lost 76-61 to the Point Loma Sea Lions in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Tipoff was at 12 p.m. at Pioneer Gymnasium, marking the Nighthawks’ first tournament meeting with Point Loma.
