Hemet High School standout Brooklyn LaChappa’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Saturday, March 29

On Saturday, March 29, former Hemet High School standout Brooklyn LaChappa’s current college team, the Drury Panthers, won 8-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.

The game took place at Thompson Field at Meador Park. This was their second matchup against the Peacocks this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at Spring Sports Complex against Missouri Western Griffons.
