On Saturday, May 17, former Temecula Valley High School standout Mason Burkhardt’s current collegiate team the Whitworth Pirates won 9-10 against the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.
The game took place at Alumni Field at 8:30 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens in the tournament.
The Whitworth Pirates’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 8:30 a.m. at Alumni Field.
