Former Hemet High School standout Brooklyn LaChappa played on Thursday, May 8 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Thursday, May 8, former Hemet High School standout Brooklyn LaChappa’s current collegiate team the Drury Panthers lost 11-7 against the Findlay Oilers in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at SVSU Softball Complex at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Findlay Oilers in the tournament.

The Drury Panthers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 11 a.m. at SVSU Softball Complex.
