Former Murrieta Valley High School standout Justin Flannery helped his current college team, the ETBU Tigers, to an 11-5 victory against the Lyon Scots in an NCAA Division III baseball matchup held on Saturday, March 14, at 3:30 p.m.
Tiger Ballpark at Woods Field hosted the teams for their third meeting of the season. The Tigers had previously earned an 11-8 win over the Scots earlier that Saturday.
Flannery went two for three at the plate, tallying two runs and three RBIs.
The Tigers will return to Tiger Ballpark at Woods Field for their next game, set for Tuesday, March 17, at 6 p.m., when they face the St. Thomas Celts.
