Chaparral High School standout Julianne Torres’ college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Wednesday, April 23

On Wednesday, April 23, former Chaparral High School standout Julianne Torres’ current college team, the Rhode Island Rams, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UMass Minutewomen.

The game took place at Sortino Field. This was their second matchup against the Minutewomen this season.

The Rams’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 24 at 2:30 p.m. at Freshman Field against Holy Cross Crusaders.
